二、科研概况

研究方向:

开发质谱采集新模式,并使用Python语言开发基于传统算法和深度学习模型的代谢组学新方法拟在提升基于LC–MSGC–MS代谢组方法的灵敏度、覆盖度、准确性与易用性。基于所建方法解析作物营养、风味与胁迫应答相关代谢组成及其合成调控,为代谢性状育种提供数据与方法支撑。相关方法亦已拓展医学代谢组领域。

受邀于2024年第一届多维组学昆仑论坛,2024年第五届植物代谢国际会议以及2025年第三届全国植物代谢生物学大会宣讲所开发方法及应用。所开发技术体系已与国内外代谢组检测及质谱公司合作,实现标准化部署,形成落地的商业化代谢组学解决方案。
