罗杰，海南大学教授，博士生导师，长期从事作物营养品质调控及改良研究，主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、“863”重点项目、“973”课题等。在细胞、自然遗传学、自然植物、自然通讯、美国科学院院刊等国际顶级期刊发表系列高水平研究论文，为作物品质调控特别是营养品质改良提供了新的基因和手段。
